I'm Taking Over This Blog!

Hi! This is my first post. Boy, am I glad I finally figured out how to use the computer! My Mommy isn't doing a very good job keeping my Grammy, Granddad, Papa, Grandma, Abuelito, and Abuelita up to date. I'm sure this blog used to get a lot more readers back in the day when my Mom actually found the time to keep it up. Well, that 's where I come in! I'm taking over this blog and hopefully, I can do better. After all, sometimes my Mom needs a break from chasing me around all day long. When she gives me that "look", I can just come over and fill everyone in on what's been going on over here in Germany.

In fact today, I went to the Hannover Zoo with my friend Kayla! We had a great time. The weather has been beautiful here, warm and sunny, so my Mom and I have been taking advantage of it. Summer can be a tenuous thing here in Hannover. Summer takes breaks every now and then, so you need to seize the moment! My friend and I got our faces painted while we were at the zoo. We both got butterflies! It looked so good and I didn't want to wash it off this evening. I heard my Mom telling my Dad that I needed to wash it off before bed tonight, so I decided to go in the bathroom and do it myself! After all, I AM big! I guess I didn't do a good enough job getting all the paint off, because my Daddy still gave me a bath anyway. It's a good thing I really like baths. I like practicing my swimming skills.

Well, enough for today. Hopefully, my friend Kayla's Mommy, will give us some pictures of our face painting because I'd like to show you how it looked.
