I got a gift from my secret blog pal!!!

I actually received my gift on Monday, but I didn't get around to posting until today. I LOVE IT, SECRET BLOG PAL!!!!!! Thank you! My gift is a bunch of goodies for Gabriella, a cute little outfit, a picture frame, a toy, a soft book, and the nicest card. My secret blog pal is the only one who mentioned Mother's Day to me. I secretly think of myself as a mother in my heart, but no one else does, yet. I was a little sad that no one I know said, "Happy mother's day" to me on mother's day. My card really made me happy and brought tears to my eyes. Thank you very very much. It is nice to know that there are some out there who know how it feels to be waiting on your child to come home to you. I think of myself as Gabriella's mother even though she is not yet really mine. It's a strange feeling. It's especially hard because I thought Gabriella would be home by now.

I'm so glad you like it! I'll be praying that good news comes to you soon and you can enjoy motherhood with your sweet princess!

Oh Lori, what a wonderful SBP!! Of course you are a mom now. The moment you pledged yourself to Gabriella you became a mother. I think of you daily and how hard it must be for you to be apart from her. She is lucky she has such a strong and loving mom and dad waiting for her. Love, Julie W.

Lori~I came across your baby girl's page back in March when I googled the name "Gabriella Grace", as this is the name we have chosen for our 3rd child, due the end of July. I am hoping all is well with you and keep my prayers with you as you wait and hope. Embrace the power of positive thinking and hold onto the thought that this will all seem a distant memory when you are able to hold your baby girl in your arms again. God bless you and your lovely family~Cristin
