We didn't hear much on the adoption front this past week. Dave talked with our agency and they say we should be in PGN by the end of the coming week. Our attorney has people in Honduras collecting some documents that he thinks will be required by the powers-that-be in PGN. Our attorney is trying to avoid any previos by obtaining all the documents he thinks PGN will require since our biological mother is from Honduras. I guess I'm glad he's doing this. Our adoption process has definately not been a smooth one at any point. We are praying that maybe the next step will be the smoothest, but we don't want to jinx it either.
Today, instead of dwelling on the fact that we still aren't in PGN and that our baby just keeps getting older by the day without us, I took a cue from others in the blog world and created a montage to Gabriella. Please click on the play arrow below to view.

Your daughter looks absolutely wonderful and how special for everyone to have such a nice family!
I was really trying to contact you with a similar blog problem of being unable to enable my comments on my blog. How did you finally figure it out? Your thread in the helper section didn;'t really say how it was overcome> ? thanks www.candybarrartist.blogspot.com, and email candybarrartist@MadRiver.com

Wow, your baby girl is sooo cute. Hang in there. I know the wait just tears you up and I was really impatient and bad at it. The day will come and your life will change so fast. Try to keep staying crafty. All those little projects helped a lot. Your daughter is a cutie pie and I hope you are able to bring her home soon.
Hugs,
D
Lori,
I just watched your montage and cried! It is obvious how much you love Gabriella. I just want you to be able to bring that little girl home! I think about you every day. Having a craft to do is a great idea to keep your mind busy and your spirits up. I am not crafty at all or I would pass on an idea to you. You like to work out though - have you tried Pilates?
Love, Julie
Hi Lori! I am new to your blog. Your daughter is beautiful! I enjoyed your video too. I am a rookie at the "blog" thing. I would like you to visit my blog if you have time. My little boy's name is JP. We are currently in PGN. We went and spent Christmas w/ him in Guatemala. He lives in a children's home.
I would love to offer you suggestions as to how you can keep yourself busy, however, I am pretty much PSYCHO now so I don't think I would be much help to you. I will pray for you and your husband though. Please do the same for me.

Hi everyone! Thanks for all of the suggestions to pass the time! I'm going to try pilates. I'm also taking up knitting again. I'm currently knitting a shawl (not an old lady shaw, a cool lady shaw-hahahaha). Love you guys!!!! Lori
Lori,
Your montage is beautiful, just like you and your baby girl!
Keep the faith. Just think, with each passing day, you are closer to having Gabriella home.
It's wonderful that you engage yourself in activities to keep from dwelling on things that you can't change.
