Mom and I have arrived in Guatemala to visit Gabriella. Our flight here was wonderful and we made very good time. Mom is meeting Gabriella for the first time. I am writing this as Gabriella takes a nap. Our foster mother arrived about 1 hour after we got to the hotel. We immediately went up to our room, along with our interpreter, and got Gabriella's schedule information from her. I am so thankful for the opportunity to get to visit again before we bring Gabriella home. It is reassuring to know, SHE HASN'T FORGOTTEN ME. We seem to be falling into our old routine from last visit about 1 month ago!!! You can tell she definitely remembers and recognizes me. I guess I was a little nervous about that. After the foster mother left, I immediately had to run out to the store with our interpreter because I forgot several important things we'll need. I'm not telling what they are because I know I'll get made fun of. I'll try to put some pictures on the computer.

I am so happy you have the opportunity to visit your daughter again! And I am happy that she remembers you! How fortunate and blessed you are! Grandma looks happy too! Enjoy your time there.
I didn't realize you were getting to go to see her this month. How wonderful! And, as for forgetting items - welcome to Motherhood! I once picked up Joseph from daycare and forgot to bring a diaper bag to the pediatrician's office. Of course, you can imagine what happened next! Have a wonderful time w/ your daughter. And, tell your mom how happy we are that she gets to meet Gabriella! Love, Julie W.
Awww, she is just as georgous as the first time I saw her!!! I am so ahppy that you are with her again and soon it will be all the time.
